It is time for the tax return again! As you may know, in previous years, you received the questionnaire from Total Compliance & Outsource BV. Total Compliance & Outsource BV has now merged with Practical | Excellence in Finance, allowing us to offer you an even broader range of services in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, there are no changes to your tax return process. You can still rely on the same service and contact your designated contact person for any questions or support. Would you like us to handle your income tax return and national insurance contributions for 2024? This year, you can once again easily download the questionnaire via our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important tip for completion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You only need to fill in the questions that apply to you. This also applies to questions regarding your personal information. If there are no changes compared to the tax year 2024, you do not need to complete this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important notice<\/strong>: It is crucial that you complete the questionnaire carefully and thoroughly. Please provide any additional information where necessary. This helps us process your tax return quickly and accurately, avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth communication. This will save both time and possible additional costs due to extra work. Additional point of attention<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As you may be aware, the Dutch Tax Authorities charge interest if your tax return results in an amount payable (after offsetting any previously established preliminary assessments). The current interest rate is relatively high at 7.5%<\/strong>. If you expect to owe an amount and wish to minimize the interest charged, we can request a preliminary tax assessment for 2024 based on your 2023 tax return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you wish to proceed with this request, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that this request is not included in the standard tax return service fee. Our fixed rate for submitting a request for a preliminary tax assessment is EUR 295 (excluding 8% office costs and 21% VAT).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
