This may be caused by email servers or spam filters blocking the message. In this case, we recommend the following:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Upload the document directly into your Yuki portal.<\/strong> This is the most reliable method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Forward the original email to your contact person at Practical.<\/strong> Only with the original email can we investigate why the document did not arrive in Yuki.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>This ensures we can act quickly and effectively to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips for a well-maintained administration<\/h3>\n\n<p>To keep your records up to date, we recommend the following best practices based on our experience:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Forward business PDF invoices directly<\/strong> to your administration\u2019s Yuki email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use the Yuki Assistant app<\/strong> to scan receipts daily or weekly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scan and forward letters from the tax authorities <\/strong>or paper invoices as soon as you receive them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If your bank is not connected to Yuki,<\/strong> submit downloaded electronic bank files at least quarterly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key points for submitting documents<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Submit documents before bank transactions.<\/strong> This makes processing easier and avoids open items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submit per administration.<\/strong> If your domain includes multiple companies or administrations, always sort documents accordingly. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sort by document type.<\/strong> Start with sales invoices, then purchase invoices, then receipts, and finally bank statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>One invoice per PDF.<\/strong> If an invoice contains multiple pages, scan it as one document. This form should include the date, amount, VAT, and totals.
