From 1 September 2026, Yuki will be renamed Nmbrs Accounting. For you as a user, very little changes at its core. Your bookkeeping, historical data and the functionality you are used to remain fully intact. We will continue to manage and support your administration in the same trusted way.
Still, this change is more than just a new name.
One Nmbrs family within Visma
Within Visma, various financial solutions are increasingly being positioned under one Nmbrs family:
- Nmbrs Accounting — the current Yuki
- Nmbrs Payroll — Nmbrs payroll administration
- Nmbrs Invoicing — the current Wefact invoicing
- Nmbrs Reporting — reporting and financial insight
This is creating an increasingly integrated financial ecosystem around a company’s key financial processes.
Why we see this as a positive step
At Practical, we believe good bookkeeping should be about more than processing figures and meeting tax obligations. Your administration should above all help you steer your business more effectively.
That means you want insight throughout the year into, for example:
- your revenue and results
- your liquidity and cash flow
- outstanding receivables and payables
- staff costs
- and other KPIs relevant to your business
The more current this information is, the better the decisions you can make.

That is exactly how we want to work together with our clients. By bringing accounting, payroll, invoicing and reporting closer together, we expect financial information will become even easier to combine and use in the future.
What will you notice?
From September onwards, you will gradually see the new name and look of Nmbrs Accounting appear.
Logging in will also change. This will make use of Visma Connect, which includes two-factor authentication among other things.
Your existing administration and historical data remain fully intact. There is no migration to a different bookkeeping package: Yuki simply continues as Nmbrs Accounting.
What happens to administration email addresses (such as administratie@yukiworks.nl)? These email addresses will migrate to the new domain along with everything else. Invoices still sent to the old @yukiworks.nl address will, for the time being, still be received into the administration. We do recommend informing your clients and suppliers of the new email address in good time once the new domain is communicated

We see this development mainly as the next step in how we continue to improve our services. Through smart automation, up-to-date administrations and better integration of financial information, we can spend more and more time on what those figures are ultimately for: providing insight, looking ahead, and adjusting course together with you in a timely way.
The further development of the Nmbrs platform will take shape step by step over the coming period. We will of course continue to follow this closely and assess which new capabilities genuinely add value for your business.
